JOIN US AT FIBER COLLEGE FOR THEIR ANNUAL
LABOR DAY MAKERS FESTIVAL!

Dive into an ancient printmaking technique through a basic introduction to the relief printing process! Using linoleum or wood blocks as an image matrix, participants will draw and carve their own designs to explore the creative possibilities within this print medium by printing with a variety of tools and mark making techniques on paper.

Participants will be encouraged to work intuitively by embracing mistakes and releasing perfection, and tuning into the surrounding landscape, patterns, and season for inspiration.Through hand printing or a press, students will create a series of prints to be enjoyed and shared.
